Are you qualified?

All Plumb Heat Direct's engineers are fully qualified and accredited in their relevant fields, which include Corgi, Institute of Plumbing and Heating Engineering and National Water Jetting Association. Plumb Heat Direct only employ engineers who have at least three years qualified work experience within the industry to ensure that Plumb Heat Direct can offer the customer high quality workmanship.

What do the logos mean?

Throughout our website you can click on the Corgi logo which will redirect you to the official Trust Corgi website. Up until the 1st of April 2009 Corgi was the leading governing body / authority for gas safety issues around the home. Corgi has now been taken over by the government run Gas Safe Register as the official leading governing body / authority for gas safety issues around the home. Although Corgi are still operating and providing there services, many companies and engineers are still Corgi registered. Seeing the Corgi logo gives the customer a guarantee that all works carried out will be completed competently and safely by the qualified engineer. All Plumb Heat Direct's engineers are Corgi registered.

IPHE is the institute of plumbing and heating engineering. It is the national profession and technical body for all plumbing and heating professionals. All IPHE members have to hold recognised qualifications, have extensive experience and prove their capabilities and competence to gain membership. The IPHE has recently been awarded a royal charter to insure that members are of the highest quality in their fields. All Plumb Heat Direct's employees are members of the institute of plumbing and heating engineering.

Do you have a call out charge?

Plumb Heat Direct does not incorporate a call out charge so you, the customer, have peace of mind of not being charged before we arrive to assess your problem. You should not have to pay any company just to attend your home. This is just a small part of Plumb Heat Direct's quality service.

Do you charge an hourly rate?

The office may be able to give you a quotation or hourly rate before our engineer calls. If this is not the case, once our engineer has arrived and ascertained the cause of your individual problem, they will advise you on the most economical solution to resolve the problem and provide you with a quotation or hourly rate depending on individual work requirements prior to the commencement of any work.

Plumb Heat Direct accepts all major credit, debit cards or cash.

Is the work guaranteed?

All Plumb Heat Direct's repairs and installations are fully guaranteed. Not only does Plumb Heat Direct personally guarantee all work carried out, we also have £2,000,000 Public Liability Insurance for your peace of mind.

What hours and days do you work?

Plumb Heat Direct normal hours of work are 8:00am and 6:00pm, seven days a week excluding Bank Holidays. Plumb Heat Direct are able to offer work outside these hours depending on customer needs through our 24 hour call out service.

Which Area do you cover?

Plumb Heat Direct covers all areas/boroughs within London and the surrounding M25 areas.

Who Will I Speak To When I Call?

A member of our experienced team within your local area answers all calls to Plumb Heat Direct in person. You will not reach a time consuming and tedious automated system. As Plumb Heat Direct provides an 0800 telephone number you will not be charged for your call.
